Tanker 5. Built in 2006, this pumper tanker was built by Midwest fire on a Freightliner chassis. It boasts a 415 Horsepower Mercedes Benz diesel engine. It carries 2000 gallons of water and has a Darly 1200 gallon per minute pump. It has two 1 1/2 inch cross lays and carries 200 feet of supply line. It carries all of our water movement equipment. Part of that is a 500 gallon per minute portable pump.
Rescue 1. Built in 2016, this Ford F-550 boasts a custom built Spartan rescue box. Its outfitted with hydraulic hose reels to conduct vehicle rescue faster. This rescue has a 150 gallon tank and a 300 gallon per minute pump. Carries 400 feet of supply line and has 400 feet of 1 1/2 inch attack lines. This rescue was built with the concept of being able to fight fire in the rural areas where our engines may not be able to reach. Engine 11 Built in 1994, this pierce dash pumper tanker was the highlight of the department. It was dedicated to the loving memory of Chief Martin. Engine 11 host’s a 1500 gallon tank and a 1500 gallon per minute waterous pump. It holds 2400 feet of supply line, has two 1 1/2 inch and two 2 1/2 inch cross lays. It boasts a 450 horsepower Detroit diesel engine that allows this engine to go up back bone mountain at a relatively fast pace.
